Definition: Brandy made with grape spirits obtained from wines with medium alcohol content and aged in oak casks.
Alcohol content: 36, 38 and 40% Alc. /Vol.
Sugar content: 15 gr./l.
Type of product: Brandy de Jerez Solera Reserva.

Production: Selected grape spirits distilled from excellent white wines made with Airen and Palomino grapes. Aged in American oak casks under the traditional system of Soleras until it attains the minimum age required of a Brandy Solera Reserva, three years.

Tasting notes: Amber with hues of gold. It has the complex “estery” nose that is characteristic of good distilling, with hints of dried fruits and burnt wood. The palate is balanced and persistent, with a soft, savoury and slightly bitter finish.

Suggestions for consumption: An ideal after-dinner drink. It is equally satisfying at room temperature in the traditional snifter or on ice in a glass.
