Production: Bud musts. Controlled fermentation. Fortified at 19º C. A careful mix of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez racked in clean casks to enter the Criaderas y Soleras system for physical-chemical ageing through oxidation in oak casks. A unique sweet oloroso, or “cream”.
Tasting notes: Mahogany. Dried fruits, nuts and tones of raisins and toasted sugar on the nose. Smooth, velvety and with a warm palate due to its alcohol content. Persistent aftertaste.
Suggestions for consumption: Drink cold by itself or with desserts, or on ice as a refreshing drink.
